Once you’ve located the freelancer you want to hire or gig you want to buy you’re ready to register. On the top right of the marketplace, click the SIGN UP link, enter your email address and create a password, you’ll be prompted to create a username, use one word only. (Usernames cannot be changed after registration).
Now That You’re Registered..
You Can.. Live chat with members, provide feedback, track order progress, receive invoices and become a seller by simply posting up to 10 gigs, it’s free of course. Bizigo charges a 12% success fee only when you make a sale.

From the Seller gig page, you can add extra services to enhance your purchase. Click the Plus icon to add extra services you would like.
Review your order, and then click ORDER NOW.
If you are an existing member and have money in your Bizigo balance (greater than or equal to the amount of your order), it will be used and you won’t incur a processing fee. If you don’t have money in your Bizigo balance choose the Paypal payment option:
After your order processes, you will get a notification (acknowledgment) by Bizigo of your order. Expect to receive a message from the seller with all the necessary details and attached files, if applicable.
Freelancers are email confirmed, listing verified and feedback rated. Plus and Prime members must submit more detailed vetting documentation.
Once you decide on a freelancer, simply order their services on their gig page. All payments made are held by Bizigo until buyers approves of work from within their account dashboard.
While on the sellers gig page, simply send the freelancer a custom order request, such as your deadline, expectations and budget, and receive an answer straight to your inbox.
Within the gig page, you will see a “Contact Me” button. We recommend contacting the seller before placing your order, especially if you have specific requirements.
Once you’ve found a service you’d like to order, click the gig to go to the freelancer’s gig page, explore their profile, browse previous work, chat real-time, hire and buy gigs in just one click.
Hiring freelancers by the hour is super easy on Bizigo.
1. Browse to find the best candidate for your project.
2. Purchase their pre-set block of hourly time (one hour minimum).
3. Communicate your specific requirements with the seller by live dashboard chat, and messaging.
1. Send seller a custom request so that they may quote you the exact cost.
2. Seller may adjust an existing gig to accommodate your request so that you can review it and then order as is or add extra services to your order as needed.
That’s it, your in business! You’re now able to charge from $5.00 USD up to $995.00 USD per gig including Extra added services. You can post up to 10 service gigs throughout Bizigo.
There is no limit to the number of posted service gigs a member can sale. See MEMBERSHIPS section below for details on all membership levels. More detailed documentation required for Plus and Prime members able to post higher cost services.
Selling members will need a Paypal account to receive payments. It takes only a few minutes to set up an account and once verified you’re ready to go.
You need only two things to start using PayPal.
To post a service gig:
1. Either sign in or sign up.
2. Access your dashboard on the top right of Bizigo and click on your profile image.
3. Navigate to your dashboard drop down menu where you’ll find “Post a Service” link.
4. Complete the form by adding a description, category, price, images, video, tags, introductory message and FAQ’s that will appear on your gig page.

Once you have successfully posted a service gig, you can find it within your account dashboard and on your gigs profile page easily accessed from the “See My Services” link on all gig postings and also displayed in the category chosen during the posting process.
Sellers can price services according to their own time and material assessment. Keep in mind that Bizigo is a competitive marketplace.
All new members are considered associate members able to charge from $5.00 USD up to $995.00 USD per gig including extra added services. Associate members can post up to 10 service gigs throughout Bizigo.

Extras are additional services that buyers can add to their order such as blocks of hire time when paying for hourly services, express delivery, color, vector options, better version, longer version, etc.
Extras also enable buyers to purchase a basic package at a lower cost with the option to enhance the overall experience by purchasing extras.
Extras are also a great way for sellers to earn significantly more while offering an enhanced service to buyers.
Bizigo charges a 12% success fee only when you make a sale and a 3% transaction fee each time your revenue is transferred to a Paypal account. Members may use their available account balance to purchase 1000s of member services globally without incurring transaction fees. Nice right?
When a member receives an order their account is credited. Their is a 7 day safety clearance period starting when buyer approves of service before seller can request a withdrawal to Paypal. A 3% Paypal transaction fee will apply to each transfer.
Bizigo offers three membership levels. Sellers of higher cost services can request to sell at Plus and Prime levels. Plus and Prime levels members must maintain their overall ratings at no less than 95% or risk being removed as an advanced level seller. All membership levels in the marketplace are vetted and rating sustained and free of cost to all members to apply.
